Refund policy

All orders placed on Andrea Watson Designs include a 30-day return policy.  Requests for a return must be initiated via the website chat box within the 30-day window following the date of shipment delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please submit your request via the chat box on www.awatsondesigns.com. If your return is accepted, Andrea Watson Designs will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items shipped without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Andrea Watson Designs immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Andrea Watson Designs can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, Andrea Watson Designs cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Should you need to exchange an item, contact Andrea Watson Designs via the chat box on www.awatsondesigns.com to find out if your item is illegible for exchange. 

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as custom orders (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, Andrea Watson Designs cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund Process
You will receive a notification once your item has been received and inspected. This notification will confirm the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or financial institution may also require additional processing time.
