These individual sessions are exceptionally potent and are perfect for those who have found themselves stalled in therapy, craving bigger breakthroughs, or yearning for relief from pain and suffering. 

Together we will choose a specific topic or topics to work through (identity, relationship, family issues, boundaries, purpose, career, self love, self acceptance, body image, depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, etc).

And together, we will explore the subconscious and discover new tools to help you move towards the life of your dreams.
