In a world full of noise, healing doesn’t need to feel complicated.
These events offer a soft place to land; like nothing you’ve experienced before. Enjoy one hour of relaxation (30 minutes in restful savasana) and find groundedness and clarity through a dive into the subconscious.
Together we’ll practice grounding rituals, reflection, a transformative visualization, and the opportunity to show up exactly as you are; no masks, pretending, or performing necessary.
Through a guided visualization, you’ll discover hidden truths that keep you from moving forward, all while being wrapped in safety and comfort. We'll move through a brief intro (with card pulls, grounding and reflection), 10 minute grounding meditation (body scan and vipassana), 30 minute savasana (with powerful guided visualization), 5 minute grounding meditation, and brief closing circle.

Each Andrea Watson Designs piece has been meticulously handcrafted using wire, chain, sheet metal and findings. All designs are created exclusively in the artist's studio using traditional metalworking techniques (no casting or production). Each item is therefore one-of-a-kind, may include slight variations, and is unique to each customer.
